"A super fun spot with the friendliest Dutch owners you’ll ever meet! If you’re craving real Dutch snacks like bitterballen and frikandellen while in Thailand, this is your place. The vibe is warm, welcoming, and full of that laid-back Thai hospitality mixed with proper Dutch gezelligheid. It’s the perfect hangout to kick back with fellow countrymen (or anyone who loves good food and a great atmosphere). Huge thanks to the amazing Au for her incredible energy, big smile, and making everyone feel so welcome – you’re the heart of The Hangover Bar! Highly recommended – you’ll feel right at home!"

"Cozy bar. If you're dutch/belgium The frikadel was great. Identical taste. But don't order bitterballen. (Sorry The Hangover) they were really not good. Very watery and a very odd taste inside, some herbs did not belong there. Anyway. Haring fish was also fine!! So still leaving a good review"

"Had a great jug of beer here (1.5 liters, perfect for two people to split) with a friend. Relatively peaceful considering where it’s located (soi 22). Lots of screens for those following sporting events. They have an upstairs but it was closed off the day we visited. Kind owner / servers, cold beer, decent prices, and all in all a great time. Will definitely be back here next time I need a break from soi 22!"

"I’ve been to this bar many times on visits to Bangkok. Always great service, nice food (simple menu) & reasonably priced drinks. A great location to sit (high tables/stools) and watch the Bangkok world go by. Highly recommended!"

"Good place if you want to watch any sport from back home whilst out in Bangkok. A little bit on the pricey side for drinks but the atmosphere inside was good as it seems to be a good spot for travellers to meet one another."
